Half & whole pasture-raised beef, lamb, and pork — raised right.
More Long Island families are looking for a better way to feed their families as grocery prices rise and food quality becomes harder to trust. A livestock share gives your family pasture-raised food, transparent sourcing, freezer convenience, and a fair long-term value.

A freezer share is one of the best values in food — but it helps to know what to expect before you order. Here's a simple breakdown by animal.
Your final order is custom cut, wrapped, and ready for your freezer. Photos below are illustrative examples of custom-processed share presentation and butcher-ready cuts, not exact package contents.
Approximately 240–300+ lbs packaged beef
Typically fills a 7–10 cubic foot freezer.
Approximately 500+ lbs dry-aged packaged beef
Ideal for larger families or shared family purchases.
Simple estimated totals make it easier to understand real freezer value. A whole beef share usually brings home hundreds of pounds of packaged Black Angus beef — more food, more convenience, and more control over what your family eats.
Farm animals are intentionally selected and raised for freezer-share quality, with attention to flavor, marbling, yield, and consistency from pasture to processor.
Based on typical hanging weights of 700–900 lbs, including custom butcher processing.
Ideal for families looking to reserve a substantial supply of pasture-raised beef.
Includes chops, bacon, sausage, ribs, roasts, and custom butcher processing.
Katahdin, Dorper & Royal White lineage raised on pasture according to farm practices.

Participating farm animals live outside on open pasture — not in confinement — and are raised according to the farm’s animal-care practices.
Livestock is raised without added growth hormones or routine antibiotics, according to the farm's stated practices.
Reserving a bulk share directly through the farm can create a stronger blended value than buying similar cuts one package at a time.

Wild Boys Crop & Stock Reservations is operated by Northeast Farm Marketing LLC to coordinate reservations, scheduling communication, customer guidance, and share administration for the Wild Boys Crop & Stock farm program. Livestock fulfillment, final hanging weights, and processing are finalized through the farm and independent processor.
Livestock share availability requests are subject to farm availability, seasonal allocation, and reservation confirmation. Submission of a form or deposit request does not guarantee availability until the reservation is confirmed.
Reservation deposits secure livestock allocation and processing coordination and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless the participating farm is unable to fulfill the requested share.
Final hanging weights, final livestock balances, processing selections, and pickup details are finalized directly with the farm and independent processor. Reservation payments are for share allocation, scheduling coordination, and customer administration.
Processing, packaging, freezing, labeling, and food handling are performed by independent custom-exempt butcher facilities. Wild Boys Crop & Stock Reservations coordinates customer communication but does not operate the slaughter or meat-processing facility.
All livestock share reservations are subject to seasonal availability, live animal weights, processing schedules, independent butcher timing, cut-sheet selections, trimming, curing or smoking selections, and other farm or processor factors that may affect timing, yield, and final packaged quantities.
Estimated packaged weights, pricing ranges, yields, exact cuts, and timing are approximate only and may vary depending on animal size, hanging weight, processing selections, trim levels, butcher yield, and outside costs. No specific packaged quantity, cut mix, pickup date, or final yield is guaranteed.
Farm practices, breed availability, processing options, and final cut availability may vary by season, animal, and processor. Any references to pasture-raised practices, no added hormones, routine antibiotic practices, dry-aging, vacuum sealing, labeling, or packaging reflect the stated practices of the farm and/or processor.
By submitting a reservation request, customers acknowledge that they are requesting a reservation for a livestock share prior to processing, and that final fulfillment details are coordinated through the farm and independent processor.
